Dipakkumar Gopalrao Bapat is head of Digital Engagements in Consulting and has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, for the last 20 years specializing in the Telecom domain. As head of Digital Engagement in Ericsson consulting, he has delivered many complex BSS/OSS IT Transformation, business processes consulting and enterprise architecture and end-to-end solution design projects. In his latest project, he led a BSS consulting team in the delivery for Tier 1 telecom operator to define the IT strategy and target IT architecture and capability maturity assessment of BSS IT stack.
