Divya Kirar currently works as Director of Transformation for Ericsson North America. Transformation is the heartbeat of any company. Divya lives and breathes the concept of “it is not the strongest of the species that survives nor the most intelligent but the one most responsive to change.”

Born and raised in India, Divya started her Ericsson journey from R&D Ireland as a software developer, worked her way through various technical roles such as solution architect to leadership roles including people, project and change manager roles. She kept transformation at her core, while travelling around the Ericsson-globe.
