Dyon Agnew is the Head of Customer Unit AT&T at Ericsson where she is responsible for leading the sales, technology, and delivery teams to execute on Ericsson’s work with AT&T on businesses including network transformation, cloud software & services and enterprise wireless solutions.
A business and technology leader with more than 28 years of experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry, Agnew has been with Ericsson since 1997. Prior to her current role, she most recently served as Head of Sales and Commercial Management in Business Area Cloud Software and Services.
Agnew has spent the majority of her career working in the US but has also held several international positions with Ericsson in Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, and Canada.
She holds a master’s degree in mathematical sciences with a thesis in neural networks from Clemson University and executive leadership and business certificates from Columbia University, London Business School, and Duke University.
