Encarnación Pérez

Encarnación Pérez is Learning & Development consultant in Ericsson. She is responsible for designing, implementing, and driving strategic learning programs across the organization in Europe and Latin America ensuring to positively impact the business and inspiring employees to develop their skills and careers.  

Encarnación graduated as Telecom engineer and has been awarded the Program Management Professional certification by PMI. Encarnación has also engaged in working groups in Digitales and collaborations with universities.
