Erik Stare

Erik is team leader for a team driving RAN-related concept development and 3GPP standardization of 5G multicast-broadcast services (5MBS). He has also been involved in 3GPP positioning standardization.

Before joining Ericsson in 2018, Erik had a long R&D career in terrestrial broadcast system development and standardization.

He received his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in 1984 from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
