My career started in mobile networks optimization, moving from hands-on engineering to consultancy, giving me a complete view of mobile networks.
I later worked in Pre Sales as a Technical Sales Specialist, leading customer engagements, RFx responses, trials, and presentations. My technical background helped me identify opportunities and handle complex questions, while I explored Big Data, AI, and data visualization for network optimization.
After that, in my Commercial Management role, I focused on pricing, analytics, and market strategy to optimize revenue and product fit. I developed pricing models, analyzed margins, and provided forecasts to guide decisions. I translated market insights into commercial requirements, coordinated launches with sales and finance, and supported proposals to ensure alignment between pricing and profitability goals.
