Frida Svensson works as a Technology Leader in BCSS. Her area of interest is AI, and she started her Ericsson career by doing a master’s thesis in reinforcement learning in 2019.

Frida Svensson works with AI at Ericsson, with a background in both product management and data science. She focuses on applying AI in practical settings and enjoys working at the intersection of technology and business.

In her current role as Strategic Product Manager within Ericsson’s BSS/OSS Offering Area Data and AI, she works with the strategy and lifecycle of AI-based products, balancing business needs with technical possibilities. Previously, as a Technology Leader, she worked on AI-related initiatives and contributed to customer and industry collaborations. She also drove two TM Forum catalysts, one of which received the Best Moonshot Catalyst award in Autonomous Networks. Earlier, she worked as a Data Scientist with a focus on reinforcement learning.
