Geoffrey Cann

Geoffrey Cann is an international author, professional speaker and corporate trainer, focusing on digital innovation in oil and gas. As a consultant for 29 years, he led hundreds of projects in a dozen countries on a range of industrial topics. He teaches a seminar on digital oil and gas, and publishes both a weekly article and podcast on digital issues in energy. Geoffrey serves as an advisor to several companies in such areas as blockchain, mobility, and augmented reality, He has co-authored three books: Bits, Bytes, and Barrels (2019); Machine Learning and Data Science in the Oil and Gas Industry (2021); and, Carbon, Capital, and the Cloud (2022).
