Gillian Leetch

Head of Solution Line SMO at Ericsson Ireland

Gillian Leetch is the Solution Line head for Service Management and Orchestration (SMO) with almost 20 years of experience in the telecom business. Over the last 10 years, Gillian has held roles in product management across Ericsson’s RAN and Network Management organizations.

Currently responsible for the SMO in Cloud and Services Solutions, Solution Area Network Management in Ericsson. She has a strong technical background in radio networks, network management, and operation and maintenance, holding a number of different roles in those areas.

Since September 2021 she has been responsible for Ericsson’s SMO, Ericsson Intelligent Automation Platform (EIAP), supporting CSPs in their journey towards more automated networks.

She holds a master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, with a specialization in machine learning and AI.
