Grace Sumoto has held various HR management positions at foreign-affiliated companies and advertising agencies in Japan before joining Ericsson in 2023. Leading a team of seven members, she supports workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, talent development, and career advancement for over 1,000 employees in Japan.
