Harald’s current research interests include distributed computing, real-time computing, edge- and cloud research.
He has worked in several fields with speech and audio processing, hardware and software optimizations, real-time computing, multi-core and distributed computing, dataflow/actor programming models, IoT, data management systems, edge- and cloud-research.
Harald joined Ericsson in 1996 and Ericsson Research in 2002. He received his Ph.D. in Applied Signal Processing from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlskrona, Sweden, in 2002, and his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Lund University of Technology, Sweden, in 1995.
