Igor Shashaev

Igor Shashaev is a expert in antenna and site auxiliary equipment, with experience in the mobile communications industry. He holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the Moscow Technical University of Telecommunications and Information Technology, as well as an MBA from the executive education division of the Stockholm School of Economics. With two decades of industry experience, Igor has spent 10 years in a technical leadership role at the major mobile operator group MTS, where he has been instrumental in driving industry progress and fostering collaboration.

He also has 5 years of experience in system integration, having worked with leading equipment vendors such as Nortel Networks and Powerwave Technologies. Igor is a contributor to NGMN and other industry organizations and workgroups, where he actively supports the advancement of mobile communications technology.
