Head of Business and Operations Support Systems (BOS) Portfolio

Jason leads the BOS Portfolio which encompasses both the product and services related to the area. In this role he is responsible for setting the overall BOS offering strategy and associated investments with each. This includes the investments in digital commerce, service orchestration, charging and billing as well as the technologies around Data & Analytics (AI, GenAI, knowledge maps). In addition to the product offers Jason also holds the responsibility for the Services and Managed IT Services strategy for Ericsson.
Jason joined Ericsson almost 7-years ago whereby before he was a CIO for an Operator as well as running areas such as customer care. In addition, Jason has 30+ years’ experience across the IT industry in verticals such as utility, finance, infrastructure amongst others. Jason brings broad experience and vision to the role.
Jason holds both a B.Eng in Electronic Engineering, as well as an M.Sc in Business Operations from Dublin City University, Ireland. He also holds Executive Leadership certifications from Whaton School of Business, Pennsylvania, USA.
