Jia has had 20 years of experience in the OSS industry and successfully incubated a number of products from ideation to customer adoption in the area of Service Assurance, Analytics and Customer Experience Management.
Jia currently is heading up innovation in the areas of AI and Automation for Ericsson Managed Services and a key stakeholder in the industrialization of its first cloud-native AI and Machine Learning solution. Previously Jia headed up Product Management in Ericsson’s customer experience management portfolio and held various positions in the role of product management and marketing in the assurance market.
Jia graduated with Master of Engineering from Columbia University in New York and Bachelor of Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
