Jithin has more than a decade of experience in telecom systems, cloud-native platforms, and AI-driven automation, with experience spanning product strategy, distributed architectures, and data-intensive network environments.

He has worked across network planning and optimization, analytics, and platform domains, building a strong foundation in how complex infrastructure actually operates at scale.

He is currently a Strategic Product Manager in Solution Line SMO and leads platform and product initiatives at the intersection of O-RAN SMO, Non-RT RIC, and agentic AI shaping rApp ecosystems, developer tooling, and intelligent automation capabilities that move telecom networks toward autonomy . He has worked with operators in the middle east and Japan prior to the current role.

His interests lie in AI-native platforms, ecosystem design, GPU-enabled AI workloads, and building systems that are not only technically powerful but elegantly simple technology that disappears into experience while reshaping how networks are built and run.
