Joanne Wakim

Joanne Wakim is a Strategic Product Manager within solution line Service Management and Orchestration (SMO) responsible for Ericsson Intelligent Automation Platform (EIAP). She has over 12 years of experience driving growth and customer satisfaction through successful go-to market strategies and design feedback loops in product development. She has taken on diverse roles in different solution areas at Ericsson including OSS and BSS.  

Joanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering.
