Jossie Prochilo is Head of Global Delivery for Ericsson North America. In her role, she is responsible for guiding the teams deploying and maintaining capacity for the Cloud Service Providers, helping to build and support their services at the cloud edge all over the world. Ericsson’s engagement with the CSPs allow them to focus on their core businesses.

Jossie joined Ericsson through the Sprint Managed Services deal.  As a Head of Operations at Ericsson, she oversaw the Network Vision project as Sprint launched 4G LTE.  Moving to the UScellular account as Head of Operations in 2012, she rolled out Band 5 technology to 2,600 sites in only 6 months to support their iPhone launch.  She became KAM in 2014 and for 8 years was responsible for identifying and bringing leading edge technology to UScellular, helping to enhance their revenue and streamline their business.
