Julio Muñoz Bravo

As a member of the MELA Consulting & Learning organization, Julio works closely with Ericsson customers to understand and manage the impact of technological changes in their financial KPIs, business processes, organization and people competence. Currently he is leveraging his 15 years of experience in the Telecom market into 5G and Private Networks engagements with CSPs and Vertical Customers. Julio’s work focuses on Private Networks sales enablement for operators' sales teams, Go-to-market strategy definition and Use Case and service creation strategy.

Julio is based in Madrid and has led consulting projects and assessments in Europe and Latin America in areas such as Processes analysis and improvement, Revenue Assurance, Risk management, Change Management and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. He loves working on the business and people side of a technological change.

Julio holds a Telecommunication Engineering Degree and Master from UPM- Madrid, developed his Master Thesis in the Eindhoven University of Technology and studied Business Consulting in EOI Business School in Madrid.
