Katarina has 25 years of experience in enablement and has spent the last 15 years in senior leadership roles; previously in IBM and now in Ericsson Global L&D. Her experience is that when enablement is used as a vehicle for transformation solving key business issues, it is a genuine differentiator. Over the years, she has developed and implemented this type of strategic enablement with proven results. Business value and user experience are also Katarina’s guiding principle using new technologies to support learning and development making sure we achieve business impact in all we do.
