Katri Sjöberg

Based in Finland, Katri is a Global Well-being Specialist in Ericsson’s Global Health, Safety and Well-being team. She holds a master’s degree in Adult Education Science from the University of Turku and has a professional background in health, safety, well-being and people development across the aviation and food industries. She is also a trained mediator and volunteers with criminal and civil cases. Passionate about making Ericsson a healthy and safe place to work, Katri believes that supporting people’s health and well-being helps create the conditions for focus, engagement and sustainable productivity. Her goal is to ensure that everyone can stay safe at work and outside it, and return home to their families every day.
