Since joining Ericsson in 2015, he has been working on subjects ranging from impact evaluation, root-cause analysis and anomaly detection in mobile network systems to intellectual property right protection on untrusted infrastructures. His main research interests include probabilistic generative models, contextual anomaly detection and adversarial machine learning. Kim has over 10 years of software development experience mostly at Samsung Electronics Research in Suwon, South Korea and Ericsson Research in Stockholm, Sweden.
Kim holds an M.Sc. in Machine Learning from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
