As Head of IoT at Ericsson, Kiva is responsible for scaling Ericsson’s IoT offerings and building strategic partnerships for connectivity across industries. Kiva is a mom, wife, sister, tech lover, innovator and award-winning entrepreneur.

With more than 20 years of experience in IoT, scaling connectivity, smart cities and startups, Kiva brings a strong track record from supporting high-growth organizations in innovation and digital transformation. At Ericsson, she is responsible for scaling IoT offerings and building strategic partnerships for connectivity across industries.

Prior to joining Ericsson, Kiva was Chief Commercial Development Officer of GE Ventures, where she built high-performing commercial development and market intelligence practices within the organization.

She is a frequent lecturer and mentor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as the University of California's San Diego and Irvine Business School. Kiva has won several top honors, including 2018 Business Woman of the Year Finalist for the San Diego Business Journal, and Top 50 Industrial IoT Innovators and Honoree of Women of M2M in 2016.
