Lars’ current responsibilities include driving improvement across core finance activities enabled by an organization covering project management office, IT portfolio, analytics and reporting, automation and finance process management. Lars considers himself as a true digital migrant, enabling business value from across core system capabilities, RPA, machine learning, blockchain, and so on. Prior to this role, Forsell has more than 25 years of professional experience within the telecom industry across supply, project, service delivery, sales and corporate audit.
