Manuel Lorenzo 

Manuel is Head of Technology & Innovation for Ericsson R&D Spain. Manuel leads ecosystem strategy and initiatives all the path from early research to market impact, in collaboration with Universities and Research Centers, innovative start-ups, partner technology firms and key Ericsson customers. His main focus on innovation, currently, is on the opportunities arising at the intersection of 5G with Industries’ Digitalization, and through the approach of ecosystem-based innovation.

Manuel holds an eng. Telecommunications degree by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and he joined Ericsson back in 1995.
