Marcial is a Senior Specialist in AI, ML and Data Analytics, with keen interest in applying Data Management and ML Engineering solutions in the Telecom industry aiming to automate network operations, and enhance an organization's internal efficiency. He has over 14 years of experience working with Core Networks across different product development and intense customer facing roles, including Pre-Sales, network design, integration, O&M, support, performance optimization, and product/solution life cycle management.

Marcial received his MS degree in Computer Science (specialization in Machine Learning) from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA (2021), and holds a BS degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UNEFA, Maracay, Venezuela (2008).
