María Luz García de Castro

María Luz García de Castro has been the director of People area in Ericsson Iberia since 2017. From the field of Human Resources, and for more than 20 years, she has developed a variety of functions, leading areas such as International Mobility for the Mediterranean Region, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Management. Having held responsibility for countries such as Morocco, Portugal or Spain, María Luz holds a degree in Business Sciences from CEU and holds a master’s degree in Tax Advice from Instituto de Empresa.
