Mariana Kajen

Mariana is a seasoned and accomplished executive with international experience in sustainability and environment, health, and safety integrated management systems, with a focus on culture and business excellence, across various industries, such as consultancy, energy, oil and gas, infrastructure, transport, rail, technology and telecommunications.

Throughout her 20+ year career, she has established a reputation as an influential and transformational leader driven by challenge, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to furthering standards of excellence. Her ability to promote transparency and influence positive change has been repeatedly proven.

Mariana heads the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) function in the Middle East & Africa at Ericsson, where she is responsible for defining the MMEA EHS Strategy and co-creating the Ericsson Group EHS strategy and implementation roadmaps. She works relentlessly to continue building an organizational culture with sustainability, safety, well-being, integrity, and care as core values.
