Marko Seikola

Marko Seikola joined Ericsson in 2008. He has broad leadership experience in product development, presales, and service delivery. Marko has lived or been on assignments in Germany, Sweden, and Italy, in addition to his home country Finland.

Marko has experience of leading large-scale geographically distributed software development. Since 2018, he has worked in Market Area with focus on presales and service delivery of Digital Services portfolio products.

As part of the current role as Head of Customer Solutions, Marko is one of the drivers of lean-agile journey for Digital Services in North & Central Europe. Marko has extensive experience of agile methods and agile change since 2010.
