Mats Pellbäck Scharp

Mats Pellbäck Scharp is Head of Sustainability at Ericsson, focusing on integrating sustainability into the business offering through a circular economy approach. Mats leads a team that drives product energy performance, product takeback, design and substance/materials selection. He also manages customer engagements in the area of sustainability and corporate responsibility, and serves as the sustainability team’s interface to the other functions and business areas within the company.
