Merve’s work encompasses areas like Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI as a service (AIaaS), network slicing, SLA management, and Industry 4.0.

She earned her PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Koç University, Istanbul, Türkiye, in 2020 and joined Ericsson Research in April the same year.
