Mikael Anneroth holds an expert position at Ericsson Research, Consumer & Industry Lab, studying the use of ICT and communication systems from the human and society perspective.

Mikael Anneroth holds an expert position at Ericsson Research, Consumer & Industry Lab, studying the use of ICT and communication systems from the human and society perspective.

He has a special interest in AI & Ethics, Sustainability and Smart Urban Development. Mikael has been working with the impact of digitalisation, user experience and interaction design for mobile and fixed communication systems at Ericsson since 1995.

In addition to several publications and patents within the area he has participated at panels and as invited speaker at international conferences and seminars. He has long working experience from international standardisation, university collaborations and research foras. He is currently sitting on the board for the Swedish Innovation Program Viable Cities and as an expert within U4SSC at ITU.

Mikael has a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping Institute of Technology, Sweden.
