Mikael Eriksson
Head of Ericsson Antenna System
Mikael Eriksson is Head of Ericsson Antenna System within Business Area Networks at Ericsson since November 1, 2019. He and his team are passionate about creating antennas that are a gateway to high performing energy efficient networks.
Prior to his current role he was President and Representative Director of Ericsson Japan K.K. and served as Head of Global Customer Unit SoftBank.
He joined Ericsson in 1998 and was located in North East Asia from 2001-2019. He is based in Germany since 2019. He has held several international leadership and executive roles. In these roles, he has lead teams through declining business cycles and turned them into record making financial results and market share.
Eriksson was born in 1973. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden (1998).
