Murat Sahinoglu

Murat Sahinoglu is the Head of Business Support systems within Ericsson Middle East and Africa.  He has taken up different leadership roles within Ericsson, having worked in Turkey, UAE and South Africa. 

Murat started his career as Management Trainee in Koc Holding. In 1994, he joined Ata Holding and co-founded Tradesoft as part of the conglomerate where he served as the Board Member and General Manager. He led the company to develop the award winning product, Advanced Trading Platform, which was sold to more than 40 local and multinational financial companies and brokerage firms, covering more than 50% of Istanbul Stock Exchange’s volume. He started Bizitek in 2000. Bizitek has been recognized as a pioneering software development company in Turkey with remarkable achievements and was acquired by Ericsson in May 2009.

Murat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bogazici University and Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University.
