With over 10 years of service and successful experience in customer service within NMSD Support & Repair, Olga has always been interested in making everyone feel included and surrounding herself with different voices and points of view. Recognizing that diversity makes us better and stronger to face any obstacle.
Olga is the Chair of the D&I Move 4 Equality employees network, a group focused on promoting a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion in the Region that translates into the search for opportunities for improvement and actions that promote a safe environment where employees can reach their maximum potential regardless of their context.. With different initiatives, the group seeks to bring learning and awareness about neurodiverse communities, LGBTQ+, people with different abilities, and native communities.
