Pascal Potvin

Pascal’s work has been focused on software development, software architecture, innovation, and data science through his career at Ericsson since he first joined in 1997. His interest in innovation led him to develop ideation processes and tools at Ericsson and his curiosity for the cloud made him lead an innovation project developing a serverless architecture and a prototype of it applied to the telecom applications. He wrote his thesis on that same subject and obtained an M.Sc. in Software Engineering at l’École de Technologie Supérieure de Montréal in 2016. Since then, the high volume of data generated by telecom applications in the cloud steered him to find ways to better analyze and use that data via his data scientist role.
