Researching future distributed execution environments
Per has been with Ericsson since 2004, working with many aspects of hardware and software; from designing an ARM11 co-processor, offloading CPU tasks to GPUs, developing a smartphone OS based on open source, to a peer-to-peer IoT framework tearing down the border between device and cloud.
His current focus is execution environments for a new generation of distributed cloud applications.
He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Signal Processing from Blekinge University of Technology, Sweden, and an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Lund University, Sweden.
