Peter Sheppard

Peter leads on our Learning Ecosystem here at Ericsson, in which role he is responsible for driving our learning technology channels and platforms, innovation, marketing efforts, analytics, and delivery management through a central group of learning experts. Previously, he led our learning Center of Excellence and, before taking on this role, was the Head of Learning for Western and Central Europe.

Peter comes from an HR and learning background, with a number of previous roles in the company under his belt, including UK Competence, Talent and ER Director as well as a variety of HR Business Partner roles. Today, having previously worked at Philips Electronics and IBM, he now has more than 33 years of experience in learning and HR. A strong belief in the business value of learning and the ability of individuals to grow are the driving forces behind his career. Peter has sponsored and driven the Ericsson Tech Traveler project from its inception in India through to the award winning solution it is today.
