With over a dozen years of hands-on experience in ICT system development, cross-domain solution integration, and CSP operation optimization, Dr. Pierre Lin currently is responsible for driving customer engagements with our CSPs. With multifaceted customer-facing requirements analysis, Digital Platform Transformation execution, recently especially involving IoT & 5G driven Operation & Business Model formation Pierre is driving conversations and consulting to help CSPs transform and solve their business challenges.

Before joining Ericsson, Pierre also had the privilege to work for a few Tier-1 CSPs such as Telstra and Verizon and has a very broad view of the industry and CSP business.
