Richard is the Head of inCode Consulting, the strategy consulting division of Ericsson focused on the global telecom market.
Richard has over thirty years of experience and has held senior executive positions for major telecom and Fortune 100 companies. He has served as a strategic advisor and operating executive for several corporate turnarounds creating over $1.5B in enterprise value. He has advised on over 30 M&A transactions over the past five years resulting in more than USD 1B in acquisitions and divestitures.
His background as a senior operating executive and strategy consultant has helped provide forward-looking leadership based on many years of experience and value creation. Richard holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
