      Richard has over 14 years of experience at Ericsson, focusing on network simulations and concept development. In recent years, he has been a 3GPP RAN2 delegate in the XR area and is now driving research on AI traffic and radio resource management.

      Before joining Ericsson Research, he held a position as system engineer in product development. Richard holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Umeå University, Sweden.
