Ricky Schwartz

Ricky is the Head of Innovation & AI for Managed Services (MS) for North America in Ericsson. With over 14 years of overall experience, he is responsible for AI/ML and data strategy, supporting customer engagements involving AI/ML opportunities, and for identifying opportunities for developing, implementing, and industrializing AI/ML based products and services for the global MS portfolio.
