Rima El Amil

Rima El Amil is a BSS sales manager, supporting Ericsson customers in monetizing their 5G investments and enabling their Business Support Systems to capture the full potential of 5G. She brings 20 years of experience in delivering telecommunications products and solutions. Rima joined Ericsson in 2008, and had diverse assignments in Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Middle East. Prior to her role in Ericsson, she worked in the planning department of the CSP in her home country, close to the marketing team to launch innovative products and services. This role brought to her curriculum a lot of richness in the market knowledge and the consumer behavior dimensions. Her professional start career was in a software startup, where she acquired the sense of entrepreneurship early in her career. Rima is a telecommunication engineer from “Université Saint Joseph” in Beirut and lately concluded her MBA with focus on 5G, edge computing and AR/VR/XR technologies.
