Rinky

Rinky currently serves as a Domain Manager in the Service Delivery Unit at Ericsson, where she leads teams monitoring and managing customer networks across the Europe region from India.

Since joining Ericsson five years ago, Rinky has held roles including Change Manager and Project Transaction Manager, building expertise across incident management, problem management, process management, and audits. Her work focuses on driving customer satisfaction through automation, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery, while adapting to evolving technologies such as 5G, AI, and cloud-native networks. She is passionate about continuous learning, inclusive teamwork, and enabling teams to grow and succeed together.
