Previously, Johnson was the Chief Operating Officer for Managed Services, Customer Support and internal IT for Ericsson North America. In this role, he was instrumental in creating a new shared services delivery model leveraging the latest technologies in automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining Ericsson in 2015, Johnson was Vice President and General Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) where he oversaw their hi-tech, communications and media Division.
Johnson has also held senior leadership roles in the IT services & software industries and was a successful entrepreneur.
Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kean University and a Master Certificate in IT Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
