Ryan Fitzgerald

Ryan joined Ericsson in 1998 and currently works as a master engineer focusing on operations support systems (OSS) and network automation. He is currently exploring how OSS and network management products can deliver enhanced automation for Ericsson customers. Fitzgerald holds a B.Eng. in computer engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland, and an M.Sc. in software engineering from the Athlone Institute of Technology, Ireland.
