Sarah Rosales is Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Ericsson North America. In this role, Sarah work to ensure everyone, especially those traditionally left in the margins, feel that they have a place and a voice at Ericsson. She is focused on helping the organization embed D&I into Ericsson’s people processes and polices and advises the business on ways to make their unit more inclusive.
Sarah has over five years of professional experience working with D&I initiatives and has also served as a member of the People Function Leadership Team, Head of People Analytics and Head of Cost Control.
She has an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas as well as an undergraduate degree in Finance and Business Administration.
