Sibel Aydogmus Bahadir is the Global Head of Customer Support Offerings and is passionate about the human adoption of the technologies.

With a background in engineering, in her earlier career, Sibel has worked in R&D for Multimedia systems and exposure. She joined Ericsson in 2005 and she has worked across both large multinational companies including Nortel Networks and startups throughout her career. Currently, her work spans the evolution of support services with the focus on data-driven technologies adoption, software-services convergency and innovative commercial models.

Sibel curiously loves everything about human. She has been studying on AI ethics as aspired with the opportunities of AI and Human collaboration are offering. Diversity and Inclusion is another topic Sibel cares about deeply, and she is in the board of the Women In Leadership (WIL) community Stockholm Chapter.

She lived in Turkey and Northern Ireland, UK. Currently she is based in Stockholm, where she enjoys the Scandinavian outdoors with her family. She holds a MSc in Telecommunications and a MBA degrees.
