Stephen Rayment

Stephen has been in the telecom industry for 40 years and with Ericsson for the last 9, holding senior product and technology roles, with current responsibility for wireless technology strategy in Ericsson’s North America market. Previously, he co-founded 2 startups including a highly successful carrier Wi-Fi company.

He is active in industry standardization, having held officer roles in IEEE 802.11, Wi-Fi Alliance and now a board role in OnGo Alliance. He is author of over 80 patents world-wide.

Stephen holds B.Sc, M.Sc. and Dipl. Admin degrees, is a Life Member of IEEE, and a lecturer at Carleton University.
