Sujoy Roychowdhury

Sujoy Roychowdhury is a Principal Data Scientist in Ericsson R&D. His specialization is in Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Multimodal Machine Learning. Before joining Ericsson, he worked at IBM with multimodal recommendation systems and computer vision-based fault detection.

Sujoy has been honored with the Outstanding Technical Achievement Award – IBM’s highest technical award globally, and with the Best of IBM – their top individual award. He has over 20 peer reviewed publications in international conferences, three best paper awards, and six filed patents, with one granted. Since 2017, he has served as a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Vizag.
