From Oil & Gas, Telcom’s to Network Operators, Sunaina has implemented and executed strategies for long-term growth and strong customer experience with transformation delivery best practices.  Sunaina is the Head of the Managed Services Africa business in over 40 counties and is responsible for delivering complex managed services in networks and IT. As the transformational strategic leader Sunaina has lead the organisation of growth and customer excellence in managed operations across the African continent.
